The Visiting Nurse Association of Eastern Massachusetts maintains the first ever Visiting Nurse Assisted Living facility in the country at 259 Lowell Street in Somerville, MA., and is contructing, along with the Somerville Housing Authority, a new 99 unit facility in West Somerville, creating the first ever Continuing Care Community for low and moderate income seniors.

The new facility will offer an unprecedented range of options for older low income seniors; modern and independent units in a supportive setting; available services as residents age in place; and full assisted living care for those in need of daily assistance.
