Established in 1906, the Visiting Nurse Association of Eastern Massachusetts and the Visiting Nurse Assisted Living Community play an important role in Somerville and the other communities we serve. Through our Home Health Care programs and Assisted Living Community, we provide a number of services to families in need at all stages of life.
